Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items (factory seal must not be broken) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, here again the factory seal must not be broken). For all other authorized returns the buyer must pay for shipping, and insurance back to our warehouse. There will also be a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs deducted from the original invoice for all other returns. All authorized returns will be inspected for usage, damage, alteration, and/or missing parts. If usage, damage, alteration, and/or missing parts are discovered or determined, item will be shipped back to customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.

If you have us special order custom and/or specialty items that we do not inventory on daily basis, no refund will be made.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty Policy

Because of the nature and complexity of the product being sold, any and all defective items or warranty claims will be handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has a different warranty policy and the registration is between the end user and the manufacturer. We can help you process any warranty claim if necessary and follow through the process with you. If the manufacturer elects for SkyDronesUSA, LLC to repair the item in our tech support center then we will notify you of such request.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next ounce.

Most orders received prior to 3pm CST ships same business day via USPS. Orders shipped via FedEx must be received prior to 10am CST. Orders after these times will ship next business day. No orders will be shipped on the weekend.  Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST.

SkyDronesUSA, LLC assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall SkyDronesUSA, LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.

Indemnity:  Customer/Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless SkyDronesUSA, LLC, its founder, owners, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees actually incurred) on account of death or injury to any person or damage to any property arising from or in connection with any products  supplied or sold by SkyDronesUSA, LLC.  This indemnity shall apply without regard to whether the claim, damage, liability or expense is based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or other tort.

We recommend, that if you do not completely agree to all the terms, conditions, and statements that are listed above, that you do not purchase from SkyDronesUSA, LLC.  By continuing and by placing an order, you hereby agree to all the said terms, conditions and statements listed on this page.
